Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a relaxed state of body and mind where you are fully aware and responsive. In this natural state the subconscious or 'habitual' mind is more receptive to positive ideas and solutions. Often situations or past conditioning create blocks or limiting beliefs that prevent us from living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. Hypnosis is most effective at releasing these blocks and beliefs and creating new patterns and beliefs that promote success and well-being in all areas.
"The force that drives you to conduct yourself in your usual manner is not what you think consciously, but subconsciously – what your subconscious believes is the difference between success and failure, sickness and health, happiness and unhappiness."
Charles Tebbetts - Author, Trainer
What is Hypnotherapy?
While in a state of Hypnosis, therapeutic suggestions, guided imagery and alternative choices are presented to the mind in order to resolve inner conflict, remove limitations, change beliefs and heal imbalances. Hypnotherapy has been successfully used for many years and much research continues to be done on its many successful applications. It makes it possible to replace out-dated or problematic patterns of thought and behaviour with more productive, beneficial and healthy ones. Its applications are infinite.
What will you experience while in Hypnosis?
People report feeling extremely relaxed, comfortable and at ease in Hypnosis. It is a natural state of being – similar to that feeling you experience when you first wake up in the morning, that drowsy feeling where you are conscious and fully aware but so relaxed. That is the state of hypnosis. Essentially, all Hypnosis is Self-Hypnosis. You are in full control at all times.
"Hypnosis is simply a specially induced state of mind in which it becomes possible to change the mind amazingly OR it can be looked upon in a technical manner, simply as the means to program the mental computer of the mind."
Ormond McGill - Dean of American Hypnotists, Author, Trainer.
